If you use third-party payment options and payment gateways such as Google pay, Phone pay, Paytm etc and if your transaction is not successful, Grocal’s will not be responsible because we are also dependent on third- party. We will try to resolve your problem within a week’s time.

Terms of Use Agreement

These Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) apply to your access and use of Grocal’s app and other online products and services (collectively, our “Services”) provided by Grocal’s (“Grocal’s” or “we”).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY GROCAL’S IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of the agreement available at our mobile application. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Agreement. If we make any material changes, we will also send push notification or show a pop-up to you via the Grocal’s application. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately for new users of the mobile application and/or the Services. We may require you to provide consent to the updated Agreement in a specified manner before further use of the mobile application and/or the Services is permitted. If you do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you shall stop using the Services, including the mobile application. Otherwise, your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of such changes. PLEASE CHECK GROCAL’S APP REGULARLY TO VIEW THE THEN-CURRENT AGREEMENT.

We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for any of the brands and associated quality matters. The concerned brand will be responsible for its brand packaging and product quality if any dispute arises related to the same.

Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use our Services. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Services.

Cake

In case of cakes, 100% refund of invoice value on cancellation of order is applicable if the order is cancelled within 15 minutes of booking. Beyond 15 minutes, refund is not applicable and will not be entertained. Delivery time for Fondant cake and premium cake will be within 4 hours and for normal cakes within 2 hours from the time of order placement. Grocal’s does not compromise with quality and accordingly freshness of cake is assured.

Milk

In case of milk, customer can avail to test the quality of milk through lactometer on demand basis. In case of monthly membership, advance payment customers will be given 2 days quantity free on last day of the month. Minimum 30 days will constitute a month.

Vegetables

In case of vegetables, customer will be allowed to accept/reject the order at the time of delivery and refund will be applicable in case of rejection.

Free Delivery Services

Free delivery services starts over and above order value of Rs 100 per order & Delivery timing depend on your items.

Refund

100% refund is applicable only on purchase of vegetables and fruits.

Legal Disputes

Legal disputes if any shall be settled in jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh state only.
